Serene requested, to be made, a dramatic mermaid gown with a touch of airy flair.

I picked out an Alencon lace that was very reminiscent of the Victorian era. The bold pattern was layered over a nude fabric such that it would contrast gracefully.

The French lace applique was hand arranged to perfection on the bustier, trailing off her shoulders. The result is a quiet, gentle beauty that is contrasted with a bold, commanding tulle skirt.

Piling on the flair, a triangle lace train was attached at the back. She looks like a dream from the front – and a knockout from the back.
